Perhaps it's that whole Rebel mentality, but there are a lot of glorious, wonderful wierdos down South.
I love the man who points, the woman who waves, Ski-mask Man, the Bulb Lady, the Flip-flop Clogger, Mr. Quintron, the Great Delores, Jesco White, and that lady who saw Jesus appear on her deep freezer. We have people who speak in tongues and a Neoclassical goddess who eternally exalts the boll weevil. “Southern by the Grace of God,” indeed! |
